Auto Correct

I’ve seen lots of auto-correct fails with the iPhone, and while I guess it helps me keep from making spelling errors, it also can make me sound really strange.

Yesterday I was trying to type “account” and missed the “n”.  It then corrected it to “accouterments”.   I mean, I guess I could have accidentally left off SEVEN letters.  Oh well, thanks to my phone for trying to save me time.  But it didn’t work, because it took me another couple of minutes to look up the word accouterments and see what it actually meant.  

Additional items of dress or equipment in case you are wondering.  Not unlike accessories or supporting items.  But sounds much cooler.
